Another Relaxing day at the Cliff View

Sawasdee Ka

Another day spent relaxing in Koh Samui. We are lapping up this 5 star luxury as much as we can since we only have another day and a half and we fly off to Chiang Mai. No more luxury then until our last week in Thailand when we end our trip at the Print Kamala Beach Resort in Kamala Beach, Phuket.

Today has been yet another veg out day, we were up early this morning but then so was everyone else that are staying here. The Japanese tourist and their are heaps of them, were all at the restaurant by 7am waiting for it to open and then headed straight to the pool. We thought, shit, we better head down to breakfast earlier than we normally do in case all the food runs out, and we can't have that. I must say I am proud of Rick as he actually had a healthy breakfast.

It was quite sticky and humid this morning after last nights storm and it was definetly not a day to be dragging ourselves around markets so we walked the million stairs up to the Reception and got the resort driver to drive us to the nearest 7/11 in Lamai so we could get extra water and pepsi and some munchies to see us through until we leave here Saturday and fly out to Chiang Mai. He drove us there, waited while we got our stuff and then drove us straight back to our room, which was good. The housekeepers had been in and cleaned in the short time we were gone so we were free for the rest of the day. We had considered a swim in the pool but it was chockers with the other guests, and we didn't want to show them up with our gorgeous bodies. Ha Ha! Anyway the water by then was probably as hot as it was yesterday when we went for our arvo swim.

Tonight is just a light dinner in the restaurant as we can't be bothered going out and it looks like another storm on the way. I have posted a separate blog page of photos of all the places we have been to in Thailand since we got here in April. I am still working out how to set and size the photos on the page so its a bit of a mish mash. Hope you all enjoy them. Until tomorrow.

La Kon
